Ghat Cleaning

Ghats, the steps leading down to a river, hold immense cultural, historical, and spiritual significance in many communities. They are not just places of ritual and worship but also serve as hubs for social interaction and local economies

However, due to various factors, these sacred spaces are often plagued by pollution, making them unsanitary and unsafe for public use

Our NGO is committed to restoring the sanctity and cleanliness of these ghats.

We believe that clean ghals are essential not only for the well-being of the environment but also for the health and dignity of the communities that depend on them.

Our Mission

Our Ghat Cleaning Initiative aims to

Enhance Public Health: By removing garbage, plastic, and other pollutants, we reduce the risk of waterborne diseases and improve the overall hygiene of the area. 

Promote Environmental Sustainability: We focus on eco-friendly cleaning methods and educate the local community about sustainable practices to maintain the cleanliness of the ghats.
